Absurd called caffeine

Absurd called caffeine

Caffeine is the most psychoactive drug in the world. Due to continuous intake into the body, it accumulates. Besides, the body doesn’t get a chance to cleanse itself.

Caffeinated drinks, especially coffee when consumed in unbalanced amounts, strongly affect the central nervous system.

As if there isn’t enough stress in modern life, we consume drinks like coffee that further worsen it. The most common reason for consumption is to wake up, to search for new quick energy. It provides an immediate reduction in fatigue and mental clarity.

Moreover, it stimulates the release of sugar stored in the liver, thus providing an additional source of energy. So, when you drink coffee, it’s as if you’re eating cakes.

But the whole love affair with coffee ends badly because due to the release of sugar, the endocrine system is under great stress, which significantly affects the pancreas and adrenal glands. In the long term, it can lead to illness.

COFFEE LONG-TERM EXHAUSTS THE ADRENAL GLAND, WHICH HAS A DIRECT EFFECT ON THE THYROID FUNCTION.

People under the influence of coffee are nervous, irritable, and after the initial feeling of clarity, a slow but sure clouding of the mind, reason, and peace follows.

Caffeine is addictive, so when you decide to quit, withdrawal follows.

Methylxanthine, which is the active substance in caffeine, can cause breast and prostate diseases. A study published in the British medical journal Lancet reported a strong link between coffee consumption and bladder cancer. It is known that coffee is a diuretic, so it is logical that constant agitation in the same place leads to disturbances.

Coffee leads to high acidity in the body, which is the basis for psychological stress, infections, chronic inflammation, and diseases. Acidity creates problems in the digestive tract and can even lead to rectal itching. In the long term, due to constantly elevated blood pressure, it can harm the heart.

A special category of coffee poisoning is called “caffeinism” with symptoms of loss of appetite, insomnia, irritability, and coldness. A high dose of caffeine (10g) can be fatal.

Another problem is that, in addition to an already poor diet, drinks like coffee further deplete the body of B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, and other minerals.

Decaffeinated coffee is not a solution either because additives like trichloroethylene or methylene chloride are very toxic, carcinogenic, and chemically similar to toxic insecticides.

Try replacing coffee with quality herbal teas, filtered water with lemon or orange, natural freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, detox drinks, chlorophyll…

In the process of change – when you change your diet, introduce a new habit into your life, want to lose weight, or recover from some chronic symptoms (fatigue, headaches, bone and muscle pain, skin problems…), the first step towards change is the daily change of beverages you consume.
