Hygiene means cleanliness. Focus solely on hygiene, and you will heal. You need to understand all the nuances of hygiene.
Diet is also a form of hygiene.
For your diet to be hygienic, there needs to be a balance between what goes into your body and what comes out.
Among other things.
So, everyone needs to find their own balance – how much, when, and how to intake food and how much, when, and in what way to eliminate waste from the body.
We lack a culture of detoxification of the body.
Culture means remembering, focusing, and completing a task as it should be done.
Due to the lack of tradition, forgetting about Andrija Štampar, and neglecting the word “hygiene,” we have turned to methods that are often not suitable for us, about which we know too little, and which are modern. Such methods include colon cleansing or using various combinations of preparations.
The bacteria that live in our intestines also maintain hygiene.
Do you know all the ways to care for your good bacteria?
Don’t forget that these bacteria are the carriers of your consciousness. They have genetic potentials much greater than our body’s cells.
When we add the fact that they are directly connected to the brain, you can make your own assumptions.
The kind of bacteria determines the kind of thinking and the kind of mood.
So, let’s learn about hygiene from scratch:
- How to maintain healthy bacteria in the intestines
- How to eat in a way that the food you consume doesn’t become toxic – one of the solutions is to follow the guidelines of the Hay Diet
- Having all the “peripheral” information about food that we need to heal – like whether we are lactose intolerant (incidence in the population is 75%) or fructose intolerant (incidence is 44%). If we are, and still consume these, then we are causing inflammation in the intestines, the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and the accumulation of toxins.
- Learn the culture of eating and learn what conscious eating is
- Learn optimal detoxification methods and when to use them
- Learn how to maintain dental hygiene – one of the first steps is to properly brush your teeth – the Bass technique (https://youtu.be/LqCpZm6s_dE)
- Learn how to reduce accumulated mucus in the body – regularly use the neti technique (https://youtu.be/YaZa9nVb69g). This technique is especially recommended for respiratory problems and allergies.
- And so on.
Let’s remind ourselves what hygiene is and bring hygiene back to where it belongs.
Let’s learn together, come to the “Women’s Mind, Women’s Heart, Women’s Body” workshop in Zagreb on 11/25/17.
