Food Intolerances

Intolerancije na hranu, Food Intolerances

If you are intolerant to fructose, you should not consume more than 20-30g of fruit. If you eat more, fructose cannot be absorbed, leading to fermentation in the colon. It’s essential to maintain a diet within the range of 20-30g for proper hygiene.
You can stimulate the absorption of fructose by adding pure glucose, pure sugar. However, does it make sense to add sugar to be able to eat more fruit?
Sugar is harmful.
Traubemzucker is fructose, agave is fructose – so, you do the math.
When we use chewing gum that contains sorbitol, which inhibits fructose absorption, we experience fermentation in the intestines and often diarrhea.
Or we consume a lot of dried fruit containing high levels of sorbitol, which can lead to the aforementioned issues.
Sorbitol is also present in ketchup and mustard.
But you can use it if you are constipated!

Fructose intolerance causes fatty liver, flatulence, insomnia, depression, and inflammation.

Processed food is full of fructose and sorbitol.
Both cause intestinal inflammation.

In inflamed intestines, tryptophan from food is converted into kynurenine instead of serotonin.
We need serotonin for a good mood.

Serotonin is needed for the production of melatonin.
And melatonin is essential for sleep.
As you can see, everything is interconnected.

If you consume fructose but don’t tolerate it, i.e., cannot absorb it, you are feeding pathogenic bacteria.
Bacteria influence mood, among other things.

So now, you decide what’s more important:

  • zdrava probava?!
  • healthy digestion?!

We will learn about gut health, how diseases spread from diseased intestines to all organs in the body at the “Women’s Mind, Women’s Heart, Women’s Body” workshop.
