A healthy, young, happy body is vibrant, full of energy, and strong vitality.
However, as we age, life challenges and stresses drain our energy, we become slower, and we lose energy.

The onset of stress is characterized by tension, cramps, redness, inflammation. Excitement!
If stress stops in time, everything returns to normal.

But if stress lasts too long, and we are in a constant state of tension, we slowly lose energy.

Because it’s not easy to constantly maintain the ideal image without losing energy.
Therefore, after a state of tension and stress, our energy drops, our body becomes lethargic, the tone of the whole body decreases.

This goes hand in hand with mental strength. Our interests weaken, our interest in people disappears, we seek solitude, we seek more peace. Because we have no strength.

A state of atony, a lack of tone, a lack of energy develops.
It is possible to return to optimal health from this state, but most often it cannot.
Optimal health is irretrievably lost.
The feeling of life, energy, and strength becomes different and will never be the same again.
The working capacity of organs is reduced to a minimum.
The body is exhausted.
It barely functions at a minimum.
That’s why you’re tired.
Reserves are depleted.

Tissue and organ degeneration occurs. Unfortunately, the process becomes irreversible at one point.

Constipation occurs, sometimes diarrhea, insufficient digestive juices leading to a greater amount of undigested food, intestinal inflammation, reduced absorption of nutrients, and ultimately, a lack of energy.
Stagnation occurs, within us and around us.

In these conditions, stomach acid levels decrease, which again reduces digestion and increases the amount of toxins in the body. Wrinkles appear, hair is lost.
First and foremost, there is a development of lazy bowels, retaining toxins in the body, which further depletes energy reserves.
Hypothyroidism develops after prolonged stress.
Stress that lasted for years, not days.

At one point, the body can no longer compensate for both stress and the lack of energy.
That’s when symptoms like hair loss occur.
But where have you been until now?
