How to treat inflammation without antibiotics

How to stay young, clear-minded, full of motivation and strength if the body is inflamed?

The whole process of rejuvenation comes down to destroying inflammation in the body.

You might think that inflammation occurs occasionally, and that you can just take an antibiotic when it happens.

However, inflammation is not an occasional danger; it is mostly constantly present in most people.

You can feel a smoldering small inflammation through minor symptoms like worsened skin, neck pain, lack of energy, digestive problems, headaches, and a bad mood.

Is it possible to have inflammation with normal blood work? Yes, it’s possible.

For example, in autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (any word in the medical dictionary that ends in “itis” implies inflammation), which has reached epidemic proportions, there are no elevated white blood cell counts, which in medicine are considered a reliable sign of inflammation. However, it is known that in this troublesome disease, which leads to fatigue, exhaustion, and demotivation, there is inflammation. And the most important thing for its treatment is to eliminate inflammation.

But Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is not treated with antibiotics.

How to treat inflammation without antibiotics?

Inflammation is treated continuously because inflammation is constantly generated in the body.

What do we constantly introduce into our bodies? Food. So, food must be anti-inflammatory. Here is a list of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods:

  • Fish oil (the most potent anti-inflammatory effect!)
  • Seafood (squid, cuttlefish, octopus)
  • Fatty fish (tuna, mackerel, sardines, anchovies)
  • Salmon
  • Dried cod
  • Shellfish
  • Seafood (shrimp, prawns, lobster)
  • Trout
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Cooked carrots
  • Onions (red, white, yellow)
  • Garlic
  • Hot peppers
  • Curry and turmeric
  • Hazelnuts
  • Brazil nuts

In addition to food, you need to pay attention to the following:

– Regular detoxification (including a breakfast consisting only of fruit!)

– Regularly drinking large amounts of water

– Using spices (rosemary, lavender, oregano, pepper…) in cooking

– Exercise that does not lead to muscle fiber damage and knowing breathing techniques during exercise

– Regular massages for circulation and toxin elimination

– Using auxiliary substances such as essential oils, chlorophyll, cleansing teas, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, basic powders, etc., at the right time and in the right amount

– A supportive environment (people who love you, a city you love…)

So, it’s mostly up to you.

What’s best to put on yourself are essential oils. Lately, the pharmaceutical industry has been studying essential oils with a higher sesquiterpene content, which have a strong anti-inflammatory effect.

One such oil is frankincense. Are you familiar with frankincense? Have you ever encountered it during a church service?

Frankincense essential oil has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect and delivers oxygen to the cells. Do you need anything else besides oxygen?

Other essential oils have a similar effect. Choose an oil based on the scent you like.

You can use essential oils in a diffuser in your office or at home to detoxify the air you breathe so you can take deep breaths.

You can use them in baths (always add a glass of milk to the bath, or even better, soy cream, to disperse the oil in the water).

You can apply oils to alleviate back pain.

Oils can have a significant impact on your emotions and mood.

Exercise – this is not the topic of this article, but let’s talk about it here. If we stick to the anti-inflammatory theme, then I recommend only one type of exercise here that does not cause inflammation – swimming.

All other forms of exercise and sports, if not done correctly and if a person is not 100% healthy, can cause inflammation. Improper exercise is worse than sitting and drinking coffee.

Such exercise is frustrating, brings pain, headaches, fatigue, even greater lack of energy, and muscle inflammation that can affect any organ. In addition to swimming, I would add sex here. It does not cause inflammation.
