Na taj na\u010din mo\u017eemo u\u017eivati u ukusnoj hrani, a istovremeno \u010dinimo najbolje za svoje zdravlje i ljepotu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">LCHF (Paleo, Primal, low carb-high fat) prehrana temelji se na znanstvenim dokazima da je mediteranska prehrana jedna od najzdravijih na svijetu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">LCHF je nastao u \u0160vedskoj i promi\u010de tradicionalnu doma\u0107u kuhinju, onako kako su jeli na\u0161i preci, s malo \u0161e\u0107era i vi\u0161e masno\u0107e, koriste\u0107i hranu na prirodan na\u010din.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">Jedno od najva\u017enijih LCHF na\u010dela je izbjegavanje \u0161e\u0107era i prera\u0111ene hrane, one koja se kupuje u supermarketima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">LCHF razbija mitove o \u0161tetnim masno\u0107ama i kolesterolu, a umjesto toga preporu\u010da unos vi\u0161e maslinovog ulja, svinjske masti, maslaca, jaja i drugih zdravih masno\u0107a. Primjerice, jaje je jedna od najcjelovitijih namirnica koja sadr\u017ei gotovo sve potrebne vitamine i minerale poput magnezija, kalcija, \u017eeljeza, cinka i selena, uklju\u010duju\u0107i proteine i masti. Masno\u0107a koja se nalazi u jajima omogu\u0107uje apsorpciju vitamina A, D, K i E. Jaja, ali ne \u017eitarice i soja, bogata su esencijalnim masnim kiselinama poput EPA i DHA, koje su va\u017ene za \u017eivot svake stanice, a odakle dolaze hormoni. Jaje sadr\u017ei aminokiselinu triptofan i tirozin, antioksidanse koji pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avaju tijelo od slobodnih radikala. Jaja daju osje\u0107aj sitosti i nema potrebe jesti obi\u010dno vi\u0161e (prera\u0111ene hrane) nakon konzumacije jaja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">Tako nam maslinovo ulje, jaja, maslac i druge zdrave masno\u0107e koje jedemo u tradicionalnoj mediteranskoj kuhinji daju izvrsne okuse i osje\u0107aj sitosti, pa me\u0111uobroci nisu potrebni. Naravno, ali samo umjereno. Postoji mnogo ukusnih i jednostavnih recepata u kojima se mogu koristiti ove izvrsne namirnice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span lang=\"HR\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans'; color: #777777;\">Uz unos vi\u0161e masno\u0107a u prehranu, LCHF preporu\u010da smanjenje \u0161e\u0107era (smanjenje unosa kruha, tjestenine, \u017eitarica, krumpira, ri\u017ee), i jesti \u017eitarica samo ako su pravilno pripremljene, izbaciti margarin i nezdrave kola\u010de, tako\u0111er uvesti fermentiranu hranu u svoju prehranu, te jesti samo prirodnu hranu poput povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a, mesa i ribe i izbaciti prera\u0111enu hranu.
