To \u0107e sprije\u010diti mnoge probavne probleme poput nadutosti trbuha.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nemojte piti za vrijeme obroka<\/strong>. Neka vremenska razlika izme\u0111u hrane i pi\u0107a bude najmanje 30 minuta.
