Dijeta je samo jedan njezin dio, i to najva\u017eniji.<\/p>\n<p>Mulier prehrana prilago\u0111ena je ostalim tretmanima u svrhu rje\u0161avanje osnovnih uzroka krize.<\/p>\n<p>Fokusiraju\u0107i se na uzrok problema tijelo samo ide do duboke transformacije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vjerujem da se do zdravlja mo\u017ee do\u0107i na ugodan na\u010din.<br \/>\nVjerujem da je tijelo mjesto gdje trebamo djelovati.<br \/>\nVjerujem da su u emocijama uzroci.<br \/>\nVjerujem da osobna volja treba stru\u010dnu pomo\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tijelo moramo dovesti u stanje ravnote\u017ee, ljepote i vitalnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Tijelo je klju\u010d, tijelo je mjesto na kojem trebamo djelovati.<\/p>\n<p>Tijelo skriva toksine, tijelo sakriva previ\u0161e masti, tijelo skriva blokirane emocije.<br \/>\nU glavi ne do\u017eivljavamo strah, ljutnju ili tugu, do\u017eivljavamo ga u tijelu kao palpitacije (tijelo reagira uve\u0107anim otkucajima srca), kao stiskanje u grudima, kao bol u \u017eelucu, trnjenje, glavobolju, kao bolove u vratu ili le\u0111ima, kao gubitak glasa, pad kose, alergije, bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, kao poreme\u0107aj ravnote\u017ee, kao lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje \u2026<br \/>\nTijelo je vrlo osjetljivo i tijelo nam pokazuje \u0161to je problem i gdje le\u017ei problem. Ako se samo malo potrudimo lako \u0107emo shvatiti \u0161to nam tijelo \u017eeli re\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada lije\u010dimo tijelo, moramo uvijek obratiti pozornost na probavu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je znati koja razina probave je poreme\u0107ena.<\/p>\n<p>Probava se sastoji od 3 dijela:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Probavljanje masti, ugljljikohidrata i bjelan\u010devina<\/li>\n<li>Apsorpcija probavljenih sastojaka i ugradnja u na\u0161e tijelo<\/li>\n<li>Izbacivanje toksina i vi\u0161ka nastalog u gornja dva procesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na kojoj razini probavnog procesa Vi imate problem?<\/p>\n<p>Svaki dio se lije\u010di na druga\u010diji na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka razina probavljanja probavlja i namirnice i emocije.<\/p>\n<p>Pa tako ako nas netko vrije\u0111a i povrijedi, javlja nam se npr. bijes i napetost u vratu.\u2028Ako taj bijes ne mo\u017eemo probaviti u drugu \u201csupstancu\u201d npr prihvacanje da smo zaboravili re\u0107i \u201cne\u201d na vrijeme (a kad to shvatimo i prihvatimo nau\u010dit \u0107emo \u0161to i kako promijeniti u pona\u0161anju), onda se taj bijes sprema u na\u0161e zlobove, mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zglobova, fascije oko mi\u0161i\u0107a, u ligamente i tetive. Vrlo tipi\u010dno, vrlo \u010desto.<\/p>\n<p>To su tada neprobavljene emocije koje se pretvaraju u blokirani prijenos elektrolita (pa i struje) \u0161to dovodi do uko\u010denosti i upale, jer nema protoka. Lije\u010dnik mora znati korijen problema.<\/p>\n<p>Pacijent treba nje\u017ean postupak ozdravljenja I osje\u0107aj da ga netko slu\u0161a I da \u010duje ba\u0161 ono \u0161to \u017eeli re\u0107i o svom problemu.<\/p>\n<p>Pacijent se \u017eeli osje\u0107ati sigurno i podr\u017eano kako bi do\u0161la\/o do pravih informacija iz svoje dubine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kad lije\u010dnik zna gdje ste, koje je va\u0161e trenutno zdravstveno stanje, uzrok problema I veza izmedju vase du\u0161e I tijela zna \u0161to treba u\u010diniti.<\/p>\n<p>Sada mo\u017eemo po\u010deti razmi\u0161ljati o prehrani. Znam da vas najvi\u0161e zanima dijeta. Koju dijetu ja trebam?!<\/p>\n<p>Dijeta je slo\u017een problem I ako niste u djetinjstvu stekli zdrave navike, trebat \u0107e vam stru\u010dna pomo\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Hranu obi\u010dno definiramo kalorijama, glikemijskim indeksom (GI), glikemijskim optere\u0107enjem (GL), koli\u010dinom \u0161e\u0107era, masti i proteina, minerala, vitamina, pH kvalitete, stupnjem probavljivosti, postotkom toksina i hormona, postotkom vode, okusom, mirisom, konzistencijom\u2026<br \/>\nBitno je znati da naglasak nije na kalorijama, zdravoj i nezdravoj hrani, koli\u010dini bjelan\u010devina, ugljikohidrata i masno\u0107a.<br \/>\nDijetu promatramo kroz kemiju i fiziku u va\u0161em tijelu koja stvara kvalitetu probave.<\/p>\n<p>Kad razumijemo prehranu, a ne dijetu, hrana mo\u017ee biti va\u0161 lijek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada se sla\u017ee plan lije\u010denja, ovisno o va\u0161im potrebama i korijenu problema, lije\u010dnik \u0107e po\u010deti razmatrati plan prehrane.<\/p>\n<p>Pa tada definiramo koje namirnice smijemo jesti (protuupalne, alkalne, niskog glikemijskog indeksa, niskog glikemijskog opterecenja\u2026), kako kombinirati namirnice (kombinacije hrane po Hayu, kombinacije za mr\u0161avljenje, kombinacije za smanjenje alergijskih reakcija..), na koji na\u010din kuhati (na pari, na ulju, u vodi\u2026), \u0161to jesti sirovo (i kada), kada jesti (ovisno o konstituciji), koliki je razmak izme\u0111u obroka (ovisno o hormonskom statusu), \u0161to izbaciti (\u0161to onemogu\u0107uje izlje\u010denje), \u0161to prorijediti (hrana koja je u velikim koli\u010dinama \u0161tetna), \u0161to pijemo (jako va\u017eno!), \u0161to ne smijemo piti (najva\u017enije!), kako se prilagoditi na novi re\u017eim (motivacijski plan)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to lije\u010dnik zna sve \u0161to sam spomenula mo\u017ee vam propisati dijetu i plan prehrane.<br \/>\nVe\u0107ini ljudi za po\u010detak je potrebna detoksikacije (\u010di\u0161\u0107enje) a nakon toga nastavljamo sa specijaliziranom dijetom za mr\u0161avljenje, za balans \u0161titnja\u010de, ovisno o programu koji vam je potreban.<br \/>\nNakon \u0161to zavr\u0161ite terapijski dijetni program, mo\u017eete nastaviti s Mulier dijetom, alkalnom dijetom, Mayr preventivnom dijetom, LCHF dijetom, Logi dijetom, Metabolic balance dijetom, mediteranskom dijetom, intermitentnim postom\u2026 ili bilo kojom prikladnom dijetom za va\u0161u dob, konstituciju i trenutno stanje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mulier prehrana nije samo hrana, nije samo dijeta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Radi se o tome \u0161to nas doista cjelovito hrani na na\u010din da ostanemo siti. Ljudi jedu previ\u0161e, prebrzo, prekasno, pre\u010desto, ali i dalje ostaju gladni.<br \/>\n\u0160to je hrana i koliko nam treba?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Izvori hrane za \u010dovjeka:<\/p>\n<p>Sunce<\/p>\n<p>Zemlja<\/p>\n<p>Voda<\/p>\n<p>Dah<\/p>\n<p>Zrak<\/p>\n<p>Namirnice<\/p>\n<p>Detoksikacija<\/p>\n<p>San<\/p>\n<p>Pozitivan um<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Svakodnevno, kao \u0161to jedemo odre\u0111enu koli\u010dinu namirnica, trebamo se hraniti i suncem, vodom, kisikom, odmornim snom i kontaktom s prirodom.<br \/>\nPosebno va\u017ena hrana za nas su pozitivne emocije. Ve\u0107 smo spomenuli emocije i povezanost tijela.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stoga trebamo izraditi i plan prehrane za emocije (to radimo za sve specijalizirane programe kao \u0161to su mr\u0161avljenje, ravnote\u017ea \u0161titnja\u010de\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moramo znati emocionalni korijenski problem i biti sigurni u tjelesna rje\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Kada tijelo ozdravi, osje\u0107aji se mijenjaju.
