Tu nastaju problemi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hrana<\/b>&nbsp;podrazumijeva&nbsp;<b>namirnice<\/b>&nbsp;poput sirovog vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a, mesa, ribe, ulja, procesuirane hrane iz samoposluge i iz du\u0107ana zdrave hrane, iz vlastitog uzgoja\u2026<br \/>\nHrana se definira kalorijama, glikemijskim indeksom (GI), glikemijskim optere\u0107enjem (GL), koli\u010dinom \u0161e\u0107era, masti i proteina, minerala, vitamina, pH kvalitetom, stupnjem probavljivosti, postotkom toksina i hormona, postotkom vode, okusom, mirisom, konzistencijom.<br \/>\nOni koji \u017eele ne\u0161to posti\u0107i sa hranom uglavnom su fokusirani na brojanje kalorija i na postotak masti u hrani i tada hrana postaje matematika.<\/p>\n<p>Krivo.<br \/>\nHrana je ljubav ili nije.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kad je hrana na\u0161a ljubav, prehrana je prijatelj.<\/p>\n<p>Ratujemo s onima koje ne poznajemo.<br \/>\nOne koje poznajemo volimo.<br \/>\nZato je prvi korak da ne\u0161to zavolimo da to upoznamo.<\/p>\n<p>U ovom slu\u010daju va\u017enije od hrane je poznavati prehranu.<\/p>\n<p>Trebamo znanje o prehrani, ne o hrani.<br \/>\nHrana pripada domeni prehrambenih tehnologa i njihova je briga da nam osiguraju zdravstveno ispravnu hranu. Svaka zdravstveno ispravna hrana je dobra.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prehrana<\/b>&nbsp;je na\u0161 ljubavni ili ratni&nbsp;<b>odnos<\/b>&nbsp;prema hrani.<\/p>\n<p>Prijateljstvo ili neprijateljstvo prema hrani nas \u010dini sretnima ili nesretnima, jer o tom odnosu ovisi izgled i snaga na\u0161eg tijela. A do toga nam je svima stalo.<br \/>\nTijelo pokazuje sve. U ovom slu\u010daju pokazuje jesmo li u ratu ili smo u ljubavi sa hranom.<br \/>\nKao \u0161to znamo hrana je povezana sa emocijama, pa se niti prekomjerna debljina ne mo\u017ee lije\u010diti ako to ne uzmemo u obzir.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Odnos prema hrani stje\u010de se u djetinjstvu. To naslje\u0111ujemo od roditelja i okoline u kojoj odrastamo. Zato je kod izrade svakog plana prehrane va\u017eno znati gdje smo odrasli i tko nas je kako hranio.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prehrana se sastoji od niza pravila koja trebamo zavoljeti.<\/p>\n<p>Jedno od najva\u017enijih pravila prehrane je detoksikacija.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e tijelo se svakodnevno samo od sebe detoksicira iliti \u010disti. Za to su odgovorni jetra, bubrezi, ko\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka stanica na\u0161eg tijela opskrbljena je krvnim \u017eilama koje dovode hranu u stanicu i koje odvode sme\u0107e iz stanice, a to sme\u0107e jetra i bubrezi \u0161alju van tijela.<br \/>\nDakle, za redovitu i kvalitetnu detoksikaciju potrebna je dobra cirkulacija, zdrava jetra i zdravi bubrezi.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cirkulacija ovisi o prehrani, hrani, hidraciji, koli\u010dini stresa i lu\u010denju hormona, zdravlju na\u0161eg srca, o kvaliteti stijenke krvnih \u017eila, o sastavu krvi, o vitalnoj energiji osobe, o psihi\u010dkoj konstituciji osobe, o infekcijama poput bakterija, virusa, parazita i o malo spominjanom elektri\u010dnom potencijalu membrane stanica.<\/p>\n<p>Za zdravi elektri\u010dni potencijal membrane potrebni su elektroliti.<br \/>\nTaj elektri\u010dni potencijal odredjuje kvalitetu ulaska potrebnih tvari u stanicu i brzinu izlaska nepotrebnih tvari iz stanice. Dakle, odredjuje kvalitetu stani\u010dne detoksikacije.<\/p>\n<p>Zato su elektroliti i hidracija najva\u017eniji u prehrani. Moram ovdje napomenuti da oni ne mogu optimalno funkcionirati bez sunca, bez vode i bez masti (omega masne kiseline).<\/p>\n<p>Postoji test kojim mo\u017eemo izmjeriti i vidjeti stanje masnih kiselina u tijelu i stanje membrane. Mjerimo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>profil 11 va\u017enih masnih kiselina<\/li>\n<li>razinu omege 3<\/li>\n<li>omjer omege 3 I omege 6<\/li>\n<li>efikasnost arahidonske kiseline<\/li>\n<li>fluidnost membrane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Za svaki poreme\u0107aj te\u017eine, hormonski poreme\u0107aj poput problema sa \u0161titnja\u010dom ili problema sa umorom i nadbubre\u017enom \u017elijezdom rje\u0161enje trebamo najprije tra\u017eiti na stani\u010dnom nivou, ovdje na membrani.<\/p>\n<p>Stanje membrane odli\u010dno se vidi na Darkfield mikroskopu kada jasno mo\u017eemo vidjeti npr. membrane eritrocita (crvene krvne stanice) koje su kod ve\u0107ine ljudi bolesno sme\u017eurane umjesto da su zdravih jedrih nategnutih membrana.<br \/>\nTe bolesne sme\u017eurane stanice lijepe se jedna na drugu i tvore tzv. Rouloux formacije.<\/p>\n<p>Slijepljene trome stanice ne osiguravaju dobru cirkulaciju, zar ne?<\/p>\n<p>O\u010dekujemo da su i ostale stanice tijela u istom ili sli\u010dno lo\u0161em stanju.<br \/>\nTakva krv je odli\u010dan medij za razvoj i \u0161irenje infekcije, za zadr\u017eavanje otpadnih tvari i toksina, za stvaranje upale, za nakupljanje masti koje poslije oksidiraju i razvijaju aterosklerozu i visoki tlak, za razvoj tromboze\u2026i cijeli niz negativnih dogadjanja koja se kasnije pretvaraju u ozbiljne bolesti poput umora, debljanja, sr\u010danog udara, mo\u017edanog udara, hormonskih tegoba, ko\u017enih bolesti, kognitivnih problema, emotivnih problema.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, najprije napravimo test da vidimo stanje membrane i razinu omega masnih kiselina.<br \/>\nAko stanje nije optimalno i ako ve\u0107 postoje simptomi poput debljine, umora, hormonskih tegoba\u2026kre\u0107emo sa \u010di\u0161\u0107enjem jetre i masa\u017eama (limfna drena\u017ea), hidracijom.<\/p>\n<p>Ako je jetra zagu\u0161ena sa toksinima, to stanje se odra\u017eava i u krvi i cijelom tijelu.<br \/>\nDakle, najprije \u010distimo da bismo poslije mogli dodavati.<br \/>\nA prvenstveno dodajemo vodu i minerale.<\/p>\n<p>1. Zato najprije napravite test o stanju membrana i omega masnih kiselina.<br \/>\n2. Zatim preporu\u010dam da napravite detoksikaciju jetre sa preparatom Hepafast koji mogu prepisati samo lije\u010dnici. Prije uzimanja lije\u010dnik \u0107e putem upitnika (ako treba i dodatnih pretraga) provjeriti Va\u0161e zdravstveno stanje, te Vam dati upute za detoksikaciju.<\/p>\n<p>3. I na kraju dodajte minerale, izmedju ostale hrane naravno.<\/p>\n<p>Za nadoknadu minerala prvenstveno preporu\u010dam svakodnevno uzimanje dugo kuhanih mesnih ili povrtnih juha. Najbolje su povrtne alkalne juhe.<br \/>\nAko ne sti\u017eete kuhati zbog posla, uzmite sa sobom koncentrat alkalne Mayr juhe koju pripremate kao \u010daj, 1 \u017eli\u010dicu koncentrata prelijete sa vrelom vodom i pijete lagano do ru\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ako test poka\u017ee nedostatak masnih kiselina, potrebna je i nadoknada masnih kiselina.<\/p>\n<p>5. Jo\u0161 vam samo preostaje da budete \u0161to vi\u0161e na suncu (danjem svjetlu) i da idete na spavanje prije 22 sata, da idete povremeno na masa\u017eu i da pijete vodu.<\/p>\n<p>Test, Hepafast, koncentrat Mayr juhe i preparat sa omegom 3 (koji sadrzi i antioksidanse) mo\u017eete naru\u010diti na mail: marijana.glavas@mulier.hr<\/p>\n<p>Ova procedura znatno mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod mnogih kroni\u010dnih problema poput debljine, upale zglobova, hormonskih tegoba, umora, ko\u017enih problema.<\/p>\n<p>Kad ste tijelo pripremili kako treba, do daljnjeg se fokusirajte na prehranu.<br \/>\nA to zna\u010di da najprije mijenjajte svoje navike oko hidracije, oko pi\u0107a koja dnevno konzumirate.<\/p>\n<p>Prva navika koju trebate promijeniti je doru\u010dak. Uzimanje hrane za doru\u010dak za veliku ve\u0107inu ljudi je \u0161tetno. Postoje iznimke, bolesti koje zahtijevaju da pacijenti uzimaju posebnu hranu za doru\u010dak.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kroz jutro mo\u017eete jesti vo\u0107e, pijte biljne \u010dajeve, limunade, zelene smoohie, alkalne juhe.<\/p>\n<p>Pijte velike koli\u010dine teku\u0107ine kroz jutro, dajte tijelu vrijeme da izbaci toksine iz tijela koji su se tijekom no\u0107i nakupljali u krvi, jer se tijekom no\u0107i zbiva detoksikacija.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kao i u muzici, kvaliteta ovisi o intervalima izmedju, a ne o notama (ovdje: obrocima).<\/p>\n<p>Orkestrirajte kako treba, ne radite buku i stres u stanici.<\/p>\n<p>Ne dodavajte prije nego ispraznite i o\u010distite.<br \/>\nNe tro\u0161ite vrijeme i novac na skupe suplemente ako tijelo nije pripremljeno.<\/p>\n<p>Za savjet se obratite dr Meri Bura na mail: mulier@mulier.hr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ovdje \u0107emo pri\u010dati o hrani i o prehrani.
