Moja je preporuka da hranu uvijek kuhate, rijetko pe\u010dete i nikad pr\u017eite \u2013 jer je tako probavljivija i zdravija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ghee je neutralnog okusa i koristi se podjednako za pripremu slanih i slatkih jela.<br \/>\nSa gheejem je vrlo jednostavno kuhati jer on je zamjena za razna ulja, maslac ili ne daj Bo\u017ee margarin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mlije\u010dni maslac sadr\u017ean u ghee-ju jedan je od najbogatijih prirodnih izvora butirata \u2013 masne kiseline kratkog lanca koja uzrokuje regeneraciju stanica crijevnog zida.<br \/>\nButiri\u010dna kiselina balansira i ja\u010da dobre bakterije. Va\u017ena je za smanjenje rasta patogenih bakterija.<br \/>\nZdrava crijevna flora djeluje preventivno na o\u010duvanje zdravlja cjelokupnog organizma.<br \/>\nButiri\u010dna kiselina uravnote\u017euje razine klorovodi\u010dne kiseline u \u017eelucu, te indirektno smanjuje probavne \u017eelu\u010dane tegobe.<\/p>\n<p>Ako nemate zna\u010dajnijih zdravstvenih problema, ghee djeluje pozitivno na Va\u0161u probavu jer pobolj\u0161ava apsorpciju hranjivih tvari iz hrane a posebno vitamina A, K, E i vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Evo nekoliko mojih recepata:<\/p>\n<p>1. Krem juha od tikve<br \/>\nPriprema: u hladnu vodu dodajte ispravno nasjeckan (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=G-Fg7l7G1zw\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=G-Fg7l7G1zw<\/a>) 1 manji crveni luk, korjen per\u0161ina, korjen celera i tikvu narezanu na kocke, 1 mali krumpir narezan na plo\u0161ke, \u0111umbir, sol, papar i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107. Dodajte 1 veliku ravnu \u017elicu ghee-ja.<br \/>\nKuhajte otprilike 35 min te sve dobro izmiksajte \u0161tapnim mikserom. Po \u017eelji dodajte nasjeckani svje\u017ei per\u0161in. Mo\u017eete dodati i maslinovo ulje neposredno prije jela.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Ghee povr\u0107e iz pe\u0107nice<br \/>\nIzbor povr\u0107a i za\u010dina mo\u017ee varirati ovisno o dostupnosti namirnica i ukusu.<br \/>\nMo\u017eete koristiti svo korjenasto povr\u0107e te luk, \u010de\u0161njak, tikvice, raj\u010dicu, papriku, kao i razne gljive.<br \/>\nPriprema: najprije stavite 2 velike \u017elice ghee-ja, povr\u0107e ostavite u komadu ili prepolovite.
