Ako je mama dobra kuharica, dopast \u0107e vas barem jednom tjedno kola\u010di ili torta. Pa tako kroz cijelo djetinjstvo. Postajete ovisni o slatko\u0107i \u017eivota.<br \/>\n\u0160to se de\u0161ava kod kontinuiranog uno\u0161enja slatkoga?<br \/>\nAko se vrlo \u017eivahno dijete I igate se cijeli dan vani (to valjda vi\u0161e ne postoji), onda je dobra \u0161ansa da potro\u0161ite te ugljikohidrate (makar tjelesna aktivnost nije uvijek tako povezana s potro\u0161njom kalorija).<br \/>\nNo, velika je \u0161ansa da tijelo spremi vi\u0161ak ugljikohidrata kao mast u masno tkivo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">I tijelo je zapamtilo ovaj dogadjaj.<br \/>\nTo je postala navika. A ta navika ima svoj slijed: \u017eelja za slatkim, zadovoljstvo (pozitivno), mogu\u0107nost debljanja (negativno).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Ovdje ne\u0107u govoriti o poreme\u0107aju u radu hormona koji se de\u0161ava kod kontinuiranog uno\u0161enja slatke hrane. A taj \u0107e se o\u010ditovati kad tad.<br \/>\nOvdje ne\u0107u govoriti o emotivnim razlozima uzimanja slatke hrane I nasljedjivanja odredjenog pona\u0161anja u obitelji (pa tako nije \u010dudno da nasljedjujemo I iste bolesti).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">U svakom slu\u010daju najve\u0107a je mogu\u0107nost da takva osoba kad odraste nastavi sa navikom uzimanja slatki\u0161a. To jest intoksikacija tijela.<br \/>\nJa osobno nisam nikad jela slatko kao dijete, pa nitko ne mo\u017ee reci da nema djeteta kojem mama ne sprema kola\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>No, medjutim, gdje je je tu ravnote\u017ea?<br \/>\nNakon intoksikacije trebala bi slijediti detoksikacija.<br \/>\n\u0160to to zna\u010di? Da trebate i\u0107i na program detoksikacije? Povremeno trebate, ako ste stariji od 40 god, ali\u2026<br \/>\nTijelo samo po sebi svaku no\u0107 prolazi procese detoksikacije. Na stani\u010dnoj razini dolazi do izbacivanja natrija I svih otpadnih tvari iz stanice. To stanicu priprema na nove izazove slijede\u0107eg dana.<br \/>\nAko smo jeli kasno I proces detoksikacije je zapo\u010deo kasno, onda je ujutro velika mogu\u0107nost da je tijelo jo\u0161 puno toksina koje treba izbaciti. Zato je neoprostiva nutricionisti\u010dka preporuka da doru\u010dak treba biti kraljevski.<br \/>\nAko \u017eelite biti zdravi, ako \u017eelite mentalnu jasno\u0107u I sna\u017eno tijelo, onda \u0107e va\u0161 (prvi) doru\u010dak biti teku\u0107ina I puno vo\u0107a (koje sadr\u017ei puno teku\u0107ine) kroz prva 2-3 sata nakon budjenja. To je u redu (ne u potpunosti!), sve dok vodite ra\u010duna da tijelu trebate dati \u0161ansu da se o\u010disti (kretanje, sunce, ne jesti kasno nave\u010der, ujutro doru\u010dkovati vo\u0107e I piti puno teku\u0107ine).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Ako to ne napravite, osje\u0107at \u0107ete se naduto, tromo, umorno, a kroni\u010dni zdravstveni problemi \u0107e se pogor\u0161avati.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Navela sam par primjera intoksikacije:<br \/>\n\u2013 redovito u\u017eivanje u slatki\u0161ima I\/ili fast food hrani<br \/>\n\u2013 kasno jedenje po no\u0107i<br \/>\n\u2013 obilan doru\u010dak umjesto vo\u0107a I teku\u0107ine<br \/>\n\u2013 nedostatak kretanja<br \/>\n\u2013 nedotatak boravka na suncu<br \/>\n\u2013 nedovoljna koli\u010dina omega 3 masnih kiselina<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Gdje su jo\u0161<br \/>\n\u2013 detalji poput krivog kombiniranja hrane \u0161to dovodi do toga da se hrana ne probavi do kraja, pa se stvara vi\u0161e otpadnih produkata nego \u0161to tijelo ima koristi od hrane (kao npr meso I kruh zajedno..)<br \/>\n\u2013 obroci na nogama, \u0161to produbljuje stres, aktivira simpatikus (koji na probavu djeluje tako da usporava probavu, pa dolazi do zatvrora)<br \/>\n\u2013 obroci uvijek u drugo vrijeme \u0161to onemogu\u0107ava \u017eelucu da pripremi dovoljne koli\u010dine solne kiseline I enzima za probavljanje hrane<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">\u2013 nedovoljno \u017evakanje koje smanjuje u\u017eitak jer se ugljikohidrati ne stignu probavljati u slini, pa ne osjetite dovoljnu slatko\u0107u namirnica, a hrana ostaje neprobavljena<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">\u2013 brzo gutanje hrane koje ubacuje u \u017eeludac hranu koja sti\u017ee nepripremljena iz usta za probavu u \u017eelucu I tako se stvaraju toksini<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Dakle, ako zaista \u017eelite u\u017eivati u \u017eivotu, onda svjesno odredite sebi, svom tijelu malo reda.<br \/>\nDr\u017eite se svoje zdravstvene discipline.
