Can you digest that your partner might be a frog and not a prince?
How else do you digest people?
Are you thinking about something someone told you a few days ago and it goes in one ear and out the other?
Neither of these is a healthy or good digestion.
Good digestion would be listening to what others are saying, paying attention, because there might be a message for you that leads to a better life, and then you process that information in a way that is acceptable and useful to you.
Keep that information as a part of yourself, incorporate it into yourself.
Just as you incorporate proteins from food.
We are constantly incorporating information.
However, we are often stubborn.
But we are not aware of how many times our stubbornness denies life and prevents us from reaching our goals.
Because life offers us many good options every day.
But how many are we able to notice?
We often have a pattern of only noticing when someone hurts us, and by noticing, we bury that information even deeper in our body, in our cells.
Our cells give us feedback on how we are programming ourselves, whether they sing with happiness and health or are plugged into the circuit of fear and disturbed functions or are slowly dying without the light of consciousness. We easily call this inflammation, hormonal imbalance, or cancer, but it’s about killing life.
That’s why it’s important to understand what metabolism is.
Metabolism is programming your own energy, which starts with your attitudes and energy in your head.
Don’t play lightly with words you don’t understand. Don’t look for something for metabolism or something for immunity at the pharmacy until you understand what it is.
Because you’re wasting your time and money.
Learn what metabolism is, first on an energetic level, and if you want depth, read medical books, not internet articles. Don’t throw around terms you don’t know and understand because that has its side effect. It turns you away from solving the real problem.
And that’s the biggest problem. That the main life problem is postponed for solving.
So understand, metabolism is how we approach external information, how we process it, and how we use it to our advantage.
It’s not just food that’s digested. Life, people, words, situations, pain, joy, expectations, beauty… everything we encounter in our lives, we can digest well, digest badly, or not digest at all.
Good digestion is when we take what is good for us and discard what harms us.
Unfortunately, in life, it’s often different – we take what we don’t need and discard what is useful to us.
Healthy metabolism is in your head, not in your intestines, it’s in your attitudes, patterns, and it controls your body. Metabolism is a subconscious thing, and if you don’t bring it into consciousness, you can take laxatives for years. But everyone who does that knows it’s not effective.
If we don’t digest some people from our vicinity, we will have constant stool problems, accumulate toxins in our bodies – undigested proteins and undigested emotions like anger, etc.
A healthy metabolism and fast processing of information are of paramount importance for your energy level. If you don’t digest healthy and fast the information coming into your life, into your heart, into your intestines – you slow down your life, give space to fears, reduce your energy, and eventually start spinning in a vicious circle. That’s how chronic fatigue occurs.
Symptoms of chronic fatigue can occur in hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hepatitis B and C, mononucleosis, burnout, leaky inflamed intestines, acidic diet, intestinal parasites, candida infection, eating processed foods, exposure to toxins, flora, mercury, synthetic estrogens, intoxication with drugs (especially thiazides), intoxication with vitamin A, vitamin D, then at a disturbed calcium level, autoimmune diseases (MS, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto…), lymphoma, sideropenic anemia due to iron deficiency, food intolerance, destroyed vitality of teeth, and a whole range of causal problems that need to be solved.
When we say that the thyroid gland controls metabolism and that this is its main role, what do we mean by that?
The thyroid gland controls the digestion of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. It is just one in a series of hormones that affect the continuous process of energy production. Its hormones act directly in the cell and stimulate the mitochondria to produce ATP, i.e., cellular energy, but before that, the body is “programmed” for a series of actions and reactions that need to take place for the entire energy production process to be successful.
So let’s not just take things lightly.
Understand that only completeness works.
Only completeness functions. That’s why Einstein could discover the formula because he felt and observed completeness. It’s also up to you to observe.
But how to learn to connect, synthesize, and not separate and dissect?
We know that analysis is paralysis.
You need a translation? That means that through analysis, you won’t get anything at all.
I don’t think anyone wants to go to a doctor who will prescribe a laxative for constipation.
You want that doctor to notice, recognize, and learn from your body, mind, energy, and symptoms what is really happening to you. You want them to connect your liver with your intestines, skin, brain, and life!
You want to solve the root cause of the problem.
For this, information that is consciously listened to and observed is needed to recognize.
You also need to consciously live and optimally metabolize (write a program for your cells) your life.
That way, you will get rid of annoying symptoms like chronic fatigue that reduce the quality of your daily life.
Then you will realize that the problem is broader than the words “Thyroid, TSH, T3…” and that the solution is not to satisfy a laboratory value.
The only solution is to be completely healthy. Strong in the body and clear in the mind.
To improve your health and the quality of communication with yourself and others, find out at the workshop “Thyroid, Weight Gain, Fatigue.” Learn to metabolize life in a way that extracts the best from it. Learn to extract the best from every situation. In your favor and without harm to other people.
However, to be able to manage external information, you need to first get to know yourself and your cellular and hormonal information system. You need to become aware of the subconscious energies within you, become conscious of your reactions, your expectations.
Then, PMS, the menstrual cycle, hormones, shyness, lack of self-confidence, nervousness, impatience, anger, sadness, fear, excessive worry… won’t control you, but you’ll have a normal life.
Heal yourself naturally!
