Meri Bura, Doctor of Medicine, is the founder of the Mulier Holistic Center and the creator of the Mulier Method.

The whole work of Dr. Bura is focused on the integration of scientific and holistic methods, from everyday practice to health policy.

She was born July 09th, 1969 in Šibenik, Croatia.

Meri Bura graduated from the Zagreb School of Medicine in 1995.  She was a two-term member of the Commission for Other Medical Activities at the Croatian Medical Chamber.

She has been working as FX Mayr doctor in Austria and Croatia since 2018.

She worked in sales and the medical department in the pharmaceutical industry for 9 years. She has given many lectures on medical doctors on topics addressing health.

In 1993, she graduated from an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) course and acquired the title of Therapist and Associate Trainer.

She underwent a 4-year study program at the London School of Classical Homeopathy and is a member of the Croatian Association of Homeopaths. 

After 16 years of practicing classical ballet, Barre a Terre and modern ballet (Afro, Graham, Jazz dance) she began practicing yoga, and in 2005 Dr. Bura completed a yoga instructor’s course at the Croatian-American Yoga & Pilates School. 

She’s regularly goes hiking and swimming. 

Years of experience in different kinds of movement gave birth to Mulier exercises created primarily as therapy for healthy spine. 

She is catholic and for spiritual health she recommend Jesus teaching through spiritual renewal in recommended monastery. 

As a member of the Health tourism Community within the Croatian Chamber of Economy, she is involved in Health tourism activities in Croatia.
With experts from Austria, she is a member of the Medical consultant’s academy.

She was a lecturer at the Aroma Academy teaching the course titled Pharmacology of Essential oils for three years.

She has also graduated individual therapies the following types of massages: Ayurveda (152 movements), Raindrop & Vitaflex, Traditional Thai massage, Aroma-massage, and Reflexology.


Since February 2014 she is an associate in health tourism at the Academy in Vienna.
Since May 2014, she has been a member of the organizing committee of the European Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ESLM), which deals with preventing chronic illnesses by changing lifestyles, primarily by introducing healthy eating and activity into everyday life. ESLM is associated with its work with the World Health Organization and with the Harvard Prevention Department.
Dr. Meri Bura has been a lecturer at the International Nutrition Congress on several occasions.
As an aromatherapist and homeopath, Dr. Meri Bura participates in the Congress of Natural Medicine in Zagreb, October 2, 14, with a lecture on female health.
In October 2014, Dr. Bura held a lecture on the needs of the Western market for medical and wellness services in Croatia at the HTI conference in autumn, under the auspices of the president, Dr. Ivo Josipović.
Since March 2015, she is a member of the Medical Wellness Working Group at the Ministry of Health.
In March 2015 she was the “Trainer of the month” on the European portal promoting medical tourism.
In June 2015 he participates in the Congress of Aromatherapy in Grass, France, together with Mr. ph. Mara Doljak, on the subject of vaginosis treatment with essential oils.
In June 2015, according to the decision of the Executive Board of the Croatian Chamber of Physicians, she was awarded her honor as a deserving member.
In 2015 he was a lecturer for Young Living (one of the largest companies in the world for essential oils) and educated the public in Split, Zagreb, Belgrade.
She is a consultant at Spa Clinic, which provides detox programs, weight loss programs, and pre- and post-nursing programs for aesthetic operations in Dubai.

After attending the FX Mayr school in Austria for three years, she obtained a degree in the FX Mayr Method and is one of the few doctors with that degree outside German-speaking areas and the only one in Croatia.

At the preventative medicine and anti-age conference in Moscow in February 2019, with the Deputy Health Minister in attendance, she was invited to give a lecture about the Mulier Method and women’s health at the Verba Mayr clinic.
In 2018, she gained a degree in metabolic balance – an individual diet plan for weight loss.

Meri Bura, MD was educated under Austria and Germany’s experts for liver detoxification based on Dr. Worm’s method, who designed LOGI’s healthy diet pyramid.

At the moment, she works as a consultant and FX Mayr doctor at the Original FX Mayr Centre in Austria, at the FX Mayr China and at Mulier Holistic Centre in Croatia she established in 2004.

Throughout her life, she has been working and has been dedicated to promoting health and a healthy lifestyle.
