Being good to your body means being aware of body hygiene from the inside out. Internal body hygiene involves supplying the body with healthy food and regularly undergoing detoxification or fasting. If we eat healthily and are conscious of the necessity for regular detoxification or fasting, we will keep our gut immune system intact. Gut health is the cornerstone of our well-being.
External hygiene includes “smart” daily cleansing along with regular treatments and massages. If we know what we are doing, we will maintain our skin barrier intact and healthy. Smart cleansing assumes that we are informed and educated about products and the rules for cleansing the body, mucous membranes, and teeth.
What have we done wrong this time that led to the coronavirus epidemic? The history of epidemiological data shows that hygiene (or better to say, lack of hygiene) plays a significant role. Are we more focused on mental hygiene and meditation than on physical hygiene and wellness treatments?
Today, we experience a lot of mental stress, but ultimately, our body faces the consequences.
I cannot remember being taught or reminded more about body hygiene in schools (except for surface-level advice on exercise, which can be harmful to many chronic diseases). Yet, hygiene and relaxation for the body are more necessary than ever. We must relax our bodies to relax our minds. First, the body; and then, the mind. The body is crucial: “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.”
Our bodies are full of toxins, decay, fermentation, parasites, heavy metals, nutritionally empty foods, genetically modified foods, noise… Our bodies lack water, sun, vitamins, minerals, delicious meals in a friendly environment, music, fresh air… More than ever before, body wellness is a prerequisite for health.
We must cleanse, and we must relax our bodies.
Cleansing and relaxing the body means washing as much and as often as possible and in great detail.
We must rest regularly after every effort in an environment that relaxes muscles, joints, and eyes.
A clean body is a prerequisite for regenerating the entire organism. For example, teeth are brushed after every meal, and after brushing, they are cleaned with dental floss and interdental brushes, and finally with a water jet (oral irrigator) containing, if possible, a few drops of lavender, sage, or peppermint essential oil.
However, we don’t need to be sterile to be healthy.
This doesn’t mean we can’t be on the ground, in nature, or be dirty. We just need to wash ourselves constantly, regularly, and thoroughly; rest regularly and promptly; enjoy touches and movements (through massage, sex, exercise). That is body wellness. Body wellness is our defense against viruses, bacteria, parasites, diseases, mental weakness.
We need knowledge, hygiene, and healthy food to protect our bodies. Knowledge doesn’t just mean having information, it means accepting and using information – at the right time, in the right amount. So, do you know how to best utilize hygiene and healthy food to strengthen your immune system and prevent any infections?
Here are a few recommendations:
Shed every burden – clean your home and throw away everything you don’t use
- Let fresh air into your apartment
- Finish your shower with cold water every morning, starting with your feet
- Choose one day a week and fast: in the morning, drink warm water with a little lemon and herbal teas; for lunch, have cream of vegetable soup (without added dairy products); for dinner, have clear vegetable broth (diabetics should consult a doctor!)
- In the afternoon, drink parsley tea
- Regularly take omega-3 oil and vitamin C, and if necessary, zinc and L-lysine if you already have a viral infection, while simultaneously controlling your vitamin D levels
- Add products that alkalize the body
- At least once a week, take an alkaline bath with Epsom salts and essential oils
- Perform gentle daily stretching of the neck and hips with conscious deep breathing
- Create a natural disinfectant spray: 50 ml of water, 5 ml of alcohol, 30 drops of ravensara or tea tree essential oil
Lastly, but not least, reduce internet usage.
Our health begins at home. Make use of quarantine. Do what you can. Start now. Simply do it. Immunity is the key. No virus can compete with an untouched and healthy immune system. However, if your body isn’t strong enough and you feel any pain in your body, you’re a candidate for any infection or illness.
Help and Solution: Focus on your body, focus on hygiene, and focus on healthy food. It’s not about invasive medical procedures, hospitals, injections, or pain – I’m talking about a pleasant and healthy way of prevention. From now on, let’s take care of our body wellness.
Our body needs wellness to bring calmness to our minds.
Surround yourself with or seek those who will support you in this.
Because it’s not a luxury but an absolute necessity: massage, sauna, sex, lying in a beautiful environment, sleeping, bathing, lying in a bathtub, body scrubs, masks, mud, creams, good music, silence, quality conversation, self-care…
