Nutrition for beauty

Nutrition for beauty

With the arrival of summer, life awakens, colors, and the desire for greater activity, whether through sports or socializing. Everyone wants to be happy, desirable, beautiful, and radiant. Makeup doesn’t help. In the sun, it only adds years, looks bad, and somewhat old-fashioned. Being simple and healthy is fashionable. But you can’t apply health to your skin, but with some tricks, you can quickly look fresh. And that’s exactly what’s in demand.

Where to start

Of course, from within. If you know natural methods for beauty (or for treatment), then you know that the path to the goal begins from within, by healing and refreshing our blood first. The condition of blood cells shows the condition of the entire body. So, if you want to start an individual beauty and health treatment, see what your blood looks like and what it contains. Cell membranes directly show whether they are oxidized and damaged, and then you know that you need a larger amount of antioxidants. If there is oxidative stress in the blood, it will also affect the condition of your skin. And that’s what you don’t want.

Furthermore, if there are bacteria, viruses, parasites, they will be visible in the blood. In this case, you will know which treatment to take to get rid of those that are taking away your vitamins and minerals. Because you can take all the dietary supplements, but if you lose them (due to parasites or a damaged intestinal wall that lets them through), you’re just burdening your intestines and your pocket.

Blood also reveals how the liver is doing, whether it is burdened and how much more it can take. This will indicate the possibility and choice of the right detoxification method for cleansing the body. I recommend an individual blood test and a comprehensive examination to restore balance, health, and lasting beauty. And it’s important to note – not to waste unnecessary preparations and your money.

The first step to beauty. You can decide at any time, but it’s best to detoxify the body in the spring (if it’s an extended and comprehensive program). It is important to know that the body needs daily detoxification. This means that in the morning, you should avoid any bread, cheese, cereals, and the like, but eat as much seasonal fruit as possible throughout the morning and, if you have the opportunity, drink fruit juices. In this way, you support the detoxification of the body and the elimination of waste products that have accumulated during the night. Otherwise, if breakfast is your largest meal (which is completely wrong), you will cement all the toxins in your body. And they will manifest themselves in fatigue, bad skin, bad body odor, and cellulite accumulation. You will look older, more tired, and you will feel that way too.

In addition to eating plenty of juicy seasonal fruit in the morning, I recommend fasting on water and herbal teas twice a month. This way, you can maintain the good condition of the body that you have achieved. If you can, it’s great to fast once a week, preferably on Mondays (there are no family lunches, social gatherings…).

Food that will further rejuvenate and refresh you is green leafy vegetables (young chard, young spinach…), all kinds of green salads (especially bitter-tasting ones). Don’t forget to eat vegetable (preferably olive) and animal (small amounts of pork fat, eggs) oils – which you need for the excellent functioning of cells, the nervous system, and the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
Reduce the amount of meat and protein.
Completely eliminate sweets – because it shows on your thighs immediately!

It is best to do a food intolerance test so that you know exactly which foods are good for you and which ones you should avoid.

Important message!

Even more important than the foods you eat is how you prepare them. The principle is simple. Cook in water (leave vegetables half-raw), remove, drizzle with a little salt and olive oil. You will finally feel the true taste of food. Then chew slowly, and you will notice that the food changes its taste. You will facilitate digestion and reduce toxins in the body.

Drink plenty of water!

Shine with tight and radiant skin! Enjoy your beauty and your energy.
