Total bliss- How to Achieve Lasting Happiness and Bliss from Within and Without

How to Achieve Lasting Happiness

I believe many will remember a beautiful event in their life, such as the birth of a child, the first date with a loved one, celebrations with friends, or visits to a sacred or exotic destination, which filled them with an indescribable feeling of happiness. However, as most of us are engaged in a daily struggle for survival and rarely devote time to ourselves or truly listen to our inner selves, it’s easy to sink into a sense of despondency, especially when experiencing emotional, financial, or health problems. And so, we live in a gap between the past, when we felt buoyant and carefree, and the future, in which we project better days. We wait for something or someone to be the reason for our happiness. Thus, instead of experiencing complete bliss in the present moment, we feel empty, lonely, and without that spark of life in our eyes, thinking that external circumstances must change for us to “radiate from within and without.” But in reality, to find happiness, we must decide to be happy and grateful for everything we have, even for life’s setbacks. Similarly, if our bodies are poisoned with toxins due to poor nutrition or negative thoughts, it’s impossible to truly connect with ourselves and realize that things aren’t as bad as they seem.

Therefore, through holistic self-work, not only can we shine “right here, right now,” but we can also influence others by radiating positive energy, vitality, and serenity.

How to Achieve the State of Total Bliss:

1. Eliminate all toxic elements from your life – smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and genetically modified food should be the first to go. Avoid conversations that tend toward arguments, criticism, or mere gossip. Eat fresh and organic food, drink plenty of freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, and water with lemon. For flawless hair and skin, try

Total Bliss Juice – put all the ingredients in a juicer:

Ingredients

1 apple (cut into cubes)

1 beetroot (peeled and sliced)

2 carrots (peeled)

1 grapefruit (peeled and sliced)

1 piece of ginger (peeled)

It’s best to drink the juice immediately on an empty stomach so that your body can absorb all the enzymes and vitamins.

2. Learn to breathe correctly – even though breathing is a mechanism that comes to us automatically, very few people truly have conscious breath and breathe correctly. Dizziness, depression, anxiety, and other psychosomatic symptoms can be effectively treated with pranayama (breathing techniques) and replaced with a sense of a blissful state of mind, mental clarity, and tranquility.

3. Raise your level of vital energy

Indians call it prana, and the Chinese call it “Chi,” but it’s the same vital energy that powers not only everything in our environment but also ourselves. Practices like yoga, tai chi, pranayama, tao kung, and martial arts like kung fu will stimulate your vital energy, making you feel lively, energetic, and healthy.

4. Cultivate mindfulness

Being spiritually aware doesn’t mean looking at life through artificial “rose-colored glasses,” but rather developing the inner strength to become observers of all our inner sensations, feelings, and thoughts. Instead of judging ourselves when we don’t feel well, we strive to accept the natural flow of thoughts and all of life’s ups and downs. With meditation techniques like mindfulness meditation, you will be able to skillfully develop this high level of awareness.

5. Spread unconditional love

The best way to rid yourself of feelings of anger or frustration and that familiar feeling of heaviness, thinking that life should be different, is to immediately feel love and acceptance toward yourself and everyone around you.
