Weight loss is an eternal topic.

Visceral fat forms in the majority of people due to excessive sugar consumption. Of course, high daily calorie intake without expenditure exacerbates the situation.
This often happens because we eat nutritionally empty foods and remain hungry, so we eat again and thus enter a vicious cycle. We eat constantly and are always hungry.
This leads to biochemical confusion that becomes a daily routine over time.
As long as we keep eating something (even small amounts of food), insulin is constantly secreted.
As long as insulin is active, glucagon cannot be active; glucagon is secreted only 5-6 hours after insulin’s action.
And glucagon is the hormone that promotes fat breakdown.
Therefore, it’s important to eat nutritionally rich foods, which are only fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit.
For those of you who think you eat healthily and constantly snack on nuts, especially in sweet combinations (dried fruit, honey…), you are working against your health and can’t lose weight.
Can you eat only these four types of foods (meat, fish, fruit, vegetables) during the day, without additives?
I don’t know, answer that for yourself.
Constant snacking keeps insulin permanently elevated.
Permanently elevated insulin causes the following changes:
- Increase in triglycerides and fats
- Increase in triglycerides and fats
- Increase in stress hormone activity (cortisol)
- Accumulation of fatty tissue
- Blood clotting, which can lead to stroke or myocardial infarction
- Decreased melatonin and sleep disturbances
- Decreased growth hormone and faster aging
- Decreased levels of DHEA hormone from which male and female sex hormones are derived – this is why you might experience all hormone imbalances, including decreased libido
