A shorter path to beauty and health

A shorter path to beauty and health

If you’re deciding to do something for yourself, your vacation is the right time.

We want to be smart, healthy, beautiful, relaxed, we want to live healthy.

To achieve that, we must read a lot, learn, know everything, beautify ourselves in every possible way, use all relaxation techniques, exercise, make our environment support our goals, have plenty of time, and do a lot of work to afford it all.

Most of all, we need time. Time heals, beautifies, relaxes, and believe it or not, makes us smarter because it’s only in moments of emptiness when neither our body nor our mind are burdened that we can find the right answers, ideas, solutions, motivation, inspiration.

We misuse time by filling it with unnecessary activities, excessive food, needless conversations, superfluous information from everywhere, and instead of having our time as the wellspring of life, it becomes a toxic swamp full of unrelated useless information that often only depresses us. And then, we further spend our time searching for a pill that will sweep away the trash. But it won’t.

The only real thing we have is time, and since we never know how much time we have, we should live as if it were our last day.

What does the feeling of boundless life feel like? Without crossing over into manic moods that turn into depression.

It’s that feeling when deep down inside, you “know” everything is okay, and better yet – that everything will be okay in the future, without worries about anything. You don’t compile lists of tasks in your mind, you’re not afraid of forgetting something, and you believe that there is someone greater than you and your life who will always help you make everything right and ensure your life is quality and beautiful without cramming obligations into your time.

It’s the feeling of space in your lungs, feeling that you have oxygen available, your muscles breathing, your blood flowing freely through your veins, feeling the same sensations in your head as in your feet, feeling your joints and neck relaxed, not tense. A feeling of life in your stomach, butterflies. And you’re not in love.

We’ve learned to use a variety of technical aids but haven’t learned how to use time.

The entire story of a lifestyle revolves around managing time.

But why don’t we know how to manage our time?

Because we don’t know what “drives” us to destroy it – and we destroy it when we fill it with excessive activities and thoughts.

We’re driven by feelings of inadequacy that need to be fixed or filled. So when we feel not good enough, we work a lot, have too many goals to achieve, worry about what others think, and fill our time with excessive activities and excessive worry.

In this case, the feeling of inadequacy wields the whip. But the whip holder usually stands behind us, so we don’t see it, we’re not aware of it. We only see what’s in front of us. We see a goal we set, and we think that achieving it will lessen or eliminate the whip’s strike.

And the result is that the future image becomes flooded with desires and plans that ultimately won’t bring the much-desired peace and fulfillment.

Behind us (the subconscious), we have an emotion that whips us and compels us in our future time (conscious) to hurriedly work to “fix” it. No chance.

Give yourself time, clear your future time of obligations; in doing so, you’ll cleanse it from thoughts that, whether you want it or not, feed that whipping emotion. You can’t just change that easily.

That’s why you don’t need to know how to change emotion or manage thoughts, as it’s not at all easy.

But you can “acquire” yourself some free time.

Free Time and Women

The greatest pressure comes from all directions for adult women.

Adult women, we assume, are those whose breasts and bones have fully developed, who have finished their education, started a family, have a job, carry handbags and wear high heels.

Seemingly.

Real adult women are only those capable of making decisions and taking responsibility for them. Those who don’t care what parents want, what a husband expects, what friends say, what children urge.

An adult woman is connected.

Connected with the higher, meaning with herself, and makes decisions guided by intuition, not facts. She’s not ashamed that her intuition is stronger than her understanding of facts. She’s proud of her intuition and regularly uses it.

She’s certain about her decisions, and the responsibility she accepts for them makes her happy.

The women who don’t want to make decisions or are unable to consciously take responsibility for them remain perpetually bound to negative emotions that wield the whip and compel them into a series of senseless actions.

Women have an additional problem because societal conditioning forces them to prove themselves as good mothers, good wives, good friends, good workers, honest, clean, well-presented, and intelligent.

Men just need to earn enough to justify their masculinity to be socially acceptable, even if they’re thieves or useless. Society, especially women, will more easily reject a poor man than a corrupt one. That’s a fact, and we need to consider it.

Women live as if someone is driving them. I recently read that every sixth woman in Croatia regularly drinks alcohol for relaxation. They feel inadequate.

Others eat when they should and shouldn’t, just to get a bit of a good feeling. Some take sedatives because they’re overwhelmed by negative emotions. Others work too much and are angry at the entire world.

All of this affects health, i.e., leads to illness.

In all the mentioned cases of dependency (food, drugs, alcohol, nervousness…), the liver suffers. As the “cleaner” of the body, its reduced function leads to:

  • hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, menstruation, headaches, polycystic ovaries… which makes a woman sick and vulnerable
  • weight gain, especially in the waist, which makes a woman insecure
  • fatigue, which reduces her productivity and sense of worth. Illness, obesity and fatigue make her depressed and she enters a vicious circle

What to do? How to help yourself?

Vacation is a great time to do nothing.

To sit, listen to music, listen to waves, swim as much as possible, sunbathe, walk, socialize and have fun, exercise a bit. And dare to be alone with yourself. Frightening at first, but you’ll soon taste paradise. You should try, no words can describe it. Just go forward bravely!

Vacation is also the best time for liver detoxification. This process requires free time, time dedicated to yourself and your liver. The body craves time where it gets a chance to rest, eliminate waste materials, and regenerate, a chance to have substances available for regenerating liver cells that are overworked and “always running.”

From years of experience with patients and my personal experience, I’ve seen numerous positive results with Dr. Worm’s liver detoxification in treating hormonal problems, obesity, and fatigue.

What happens to the body after a 2-week protocol with Hepafast by Dr. Worm? Fast = fasting

On average, a weight loss of 3-6 kilograms is achieved, mainly around the waist. The skin becomes brighter, cleaner, and softer. Thoughts become clearer, and energy and strength increase.

When I checked the effects of Hepafast using bioresonance diagnostics and compared them with other therapies, I obtained surprisingly superior results compared to all other therapies.

The functions of all organs are optimized, and the number of infections from viruses, bacteria, and parasites is drastically reduced. The sensation in the body and the level of energy confirm this.

Hepafast is a German preparation and the only one on the market that you can get only on the recommendation of a doctor trained in the Dr. protocol. Worm. Information and orders at: mulier@mulier.hr

I prescribe a two-week detoxification with Hepafast to most women who have hormonal issues, want to lose weight, feel tired, and to those who are aware that 1-2 times a year they need to provide their body with time for cleansing and at the same time nutrients for regeneration.

Beaches, sun, sea, a good book, and Hepafast, my dear.
