Detoxification after Easter

Detoxification after Easter

Let #stayhome now be an advantage we’ll use for detoxification. Some do it regularly, but for those who don’t know how, here are a few tips and detox diets:

  1. Intermittent fasting diet with a 16-hour gap between dinner and lunch. In the morning, eat fruit; for lunch, fresh vegetables and proteins; for dinner, cooked vegetables and proteins, and throughout the day, drink plenty of fluids. In this diet, it’s important to drink a lot of fluids during the morning. In addition to water, unsweetened lemonades are available, into which you can add liposomal vitamin C and curcumin. Or drink Mayr alkaline soup or simply water. For lunch, it’s most important to eat a salad with arugula, chicory, green onions, dandelion, capers, and mâche. For dinner, cook asparagus, broccoli, chard, spinach, and artichokes. The maximum amount of oil is 1 small teaspoon per meal. The diet lasts for 2 weeks. Later, adjustments are needed depending on your hormonal type.

This detox is good for anyone with hormonal issues.

  1. Regular weekly fast with herbal teas and alkaline vegetable soups without oil (once a week).

This should be a day when you rest, lie down, do light exercise, and drink water, soup, herbal teas. I would recommend parsley tea (pour 1 liter of boiling water over a bundle of fresh parsley, leave for 20-30 minutes, and drink throughout the day). Ideally, you should fast once a week on an ongoing basis.

This is a detox that our ancestors did and is good for everyone except those with serious and severe illnesses.

  1. Mayr fasting with chewing training. For breakfast, eat a piece of quality bread with yogurt (preferably goat’s or almond, coconut), and for lunch and dinner, have an alkaline vegetable soup without oil. The focus is to eat very slowly in the morning, chew each bite thoroughly to activate enzymes. The alkaline soup alkalizes the body. This diet should be done for at least 7 days, ideally for 3 weeks.

This diet is good for all chronic illnesses.

For diabetics, evening medication doses need adjustment. Don’t forget that there are also undiagnosed diabetics, so consult your doctor if you decide on any form of fasting, especially in the evening before sleep.

  1. Detoxification with high-quality protein powder Hepafast with vegetables of low glycemic index.

Here, you take Hepafast 3 times a day along with consuming cooked vegetables 2 times a day. Hepafast contains all valuable amino acids and ingredients that stimulate liver function. Liver detox lasts for 2 weeks, and if you want to lose weight, the diet can continue with a slightly different protocol.

This diet is best for reducing waist fat, liver detox, and weight loss.

All the mentioned detox diets help restore energy, cleanse the skin, shed excess accumulated water in the body, and lose weight.

Supplements taken during detoxification:

  1. Hepalean – contains beta glucan, choline, taurine, L carnitine… they help liver function and liver cell regeneration
  2. Alkaline powder or tablets… alkalize the body and help the stomach function
  3. Omega 3… has an anti-inflammatory effect
  4. Artichoke and sikavica… aid liver function
  5. ..regulates immunity, acts as an antioxidant

Each of these detox diets is excellent, but only if you implement them.
